Education
Mrs. Harper graduated magna cum laude from Seattle Pacific University with a Bachelor of Arts in Music. She graduated summa cum laude from
University of Hawaii at Manoa- Shidler College of Business with a Master Degree in Human Resource Management in 2017. She received her Juris Doctorate
degree from University of Hawaii at Manoa- William S. Richardson School of Law in May 2021.
While in law school, Mrs. Harper was a member of the Student Bar Association, Hawaii Women Lawyers and Phi Delta Phi. She earned a CALI award for
Alternative Dispute Resolution. She was admitted to the Hawaii Bar in 2021.
Experience
During law school, Mrs. Harper worked as an intern for the Department of the Prosecuting Attorney of the City and County of Honolulu. She
also interned at the Hawaii Supreme Court for Chief Justice Mark E. Recktenwald.
Prior to her legal career, Mrs. Harper served in the United States Navy.
Affiliations
Mrs. Harper is a member of the American Bar Association and the Hawaii State Bar Association. She is licensed to practice before all the
courts in the State of Hawai’i and the United States District Court for the District of Hawai’i.
